I ordered a Micromax A110Q from Snapdeal. I received the product on 7th July , 2013 and paid Rs 11460. When I switched the phone on , I came to know that the display of the phone is not working. I complained on Snapdeal on the same day , But there is no response from there side till now. When I try to call them and tell my problem , they keep telling me to go to Micromax service centre and get a DOA certificate from them. My order number is 10******** and my complaint/request number is 2485259. I also visited Micromax Service Centre , But in vain. It was of no help. I would be really grateful if you can help me and sort out my problem.
Complainant's Goal: I want snapdeal to either exchange my defective product or refund me.
