I have purchased karbon mobile from snap deal . But mobile is faulty . within a week mobile starts heating itself .I have complaint to snap deal . They told me to go to karbon showroom and collect D.O.A Certificate. I have visited to karbon show room they are not providing me D.O.A .Its almost 7 days are gone. pls help
