Dear Sir,

I have purchased Sony Xperia Z and paid Rs.38900 in cash, few days ago i have facing issue with the handset, so i visit the service center and today they are saying they will swap the device. Why should i accept the swap device as i paid my hard money for the new device. Please help. Below are the service center details.
