I purchased Sony Xperia m (purple) on 22 of this month . I realized that mic is not working and i return to same on the very next day and asked to replace the same and their customer service was arrogant . See the Sony name spoiled by the KURUVITHADAM AGENCIES PVT.LTD.,COCHIN and they are asking 10 working days for the replacement.So I cannot use my mobile sim because it makes suited for Xperia mobile .Please look into the matter immediately and give new phone or refund the money .This is a serious complaint I am posting to you .
