my name is manish and i have two policies with birla sun life one is mine and one is my mothers policy which i took from dcb bank branch.
i have to pay the premium of both myself and my mother which is very difficult for me as i m a middle class family member. my policy number is 005605688, and my mothers policy number is 004862699. i have my policy for one year and my mothers policy for three years.
this year i was unable to pay our boths premiun on which i requested your agent to make my into quarterly or half yearly mode but he refused and told me to pay the whole amount this year and he will change my mode of payment into half yearly next year. i also explained him that i have no enough money to pay this policy this year but i didnt get any help . also after few days i got an call from customer service and i explained her the same and told her if i have to pay this policies in lum sum amount then i have to sell my small savings such as gold etc. but she ansoured me the same that she cant help .
this is what u ppl r selling to common ppl where we r investing our own money and we r not been helped atall. i know that there r ways of helping where if u r unable to pay then company can change the mode of payment immediately. as my wife was working with birla sun life few years ago.
really disappointed , will not continue this policy hense forward and will also let know my friends who r willing to buy this policy that plllss dont buy as there is no helping hand u will ever get from the ppl working for u.
