Bajaj Auto - I m not satisfied with ur service

Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that i AINUL HAQUE ANSARI (contact no.-8100013103),residing at 24/2/h/6 bright street,kolkata-700017 (WEST BENGAL).I had bought Bajaj 135ls on 25/3/2010 and my registration no. is WB-07D-2639.Unfortunately i had an accident on 2/3/2010 i went to the nearby servicecenter of bajaj which is OSL auto pvt. ltd. which is at 80/1,millat nagar ,topsia(south),kolkata-700046.They took charge of the bike on 3/5/2010 and after making inspection of the bike,they told me the chassis needs to be changed and certain more things which i agreed to it.I asked them how it will take because i bought the bike for my office use, \'they said that it will hardly take 15-20 days\' and agreed to that as well.I kept on calling them over the phone after a week they told me they had placed the order for chassis it is on its way.Now on 25/5/2010 called them up.They spoke in a rough manner and told me it has not yet arrived.When i personally went there to see what is it upto.They told me that the order is been placed but there is no stock for chassis,therefore it is not possible for us to repair it,unless the chassis comes,after that they told me we cannot do anything on this and might take another 1 month.
So i am writing this mail to you after being fed-up,i just wanted to know is this a kind of joke which is being played with the customer\'s sentiments and even this no. which issued me a copmlaint no.-43665. is my complaint no.
So at the end i would request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and consider my plea.
