spares parts (CDI assembly) price have been charged Rs400/ whereas MRP of the same spare is Rs 366/ printed . Arasu Auto has charged the amount by telling that VAT is seprate in tamilnadu. He has issued a legel bill No. 7896 dated 5 Aug 2009 for the same. therefore he has cheated me
