After registering more than 2 months ago I haven\'t received the subject matter

In their website ( www.bebeautiful.in ) they mentioned clearly that \" Every registration would entitle a consumer to receive gift hamper containing a variety of HUL products. Post registration every consumer shall receive an auto generated SMS with the delivery of gift hamper within 10 working days \"

Every consumer post registration would be telephonically contacted by us there after the consumer will be required to give their residential address for delivery of the aforesaid hamper - according to that I have given them my full residential address details so that the gift would be reached hassel free in time .

I also give ffeedback to them a no. times regarding this but they don\'t respond me at all . ( the same has happend to a no. of customers who always aks them about the gift hampers that they promised i.e - I have not got my gift yet. It has been more than 2 months that I have registered with the site.. When it will be delivered ? ). It is a clear indication that HUL is making a false statement
regarding delivery of the said gift hamper .
