WWW.Shopclues.com - I got broken product and now want refund of money paid for the product

I bought a Stylish Pendulum Wall Clock (QTY:1) with order no 7612745 on 13 Oct 2013 for Rs/- 248.
I got the fully fractured/broken product on 01 Nov 2013. But on www.shopclues.com site the status of product is shipped so that I can't request for reverse pick up process/refund of money for the same product. Today is 4 Nov 2013 and the status is same.

I want refund of money paid for the product now.
