I ordered wireless presenter worth Rs476/- from www.shopclues.com on 1st August 2015. Till date I have neither received the product nor the refund. After contacting them hundred times initially they used to give me false promises that they will refund My money but nowadays they are sending me mails & Sms stating your product delivered successfully which is not true.
