i had given my Blackberry Bold 9000 (IMEINO - ********4696148) (Work Order number - 01561) to Redigtion, Mumbai at Andheri to get my trackball fixed under warranty on the 21st of June 2010. I have purchased this phone just 2 months ago and its pretty shocking that inspite of paying such a hefty price for the phone this is the kind of service we are offered. No one picks up the phone there on any of the numbers given on the receipt. When i went there to enquire the status of my blackberry the people out there were extremly roud and didnt give even one answer the correct way.

I have not been provided a replacement for my Blackberry as well, i need the phone on an urgent basis or else it creates a lot of problems.

Since i have been extremly dissapointed with the service there and have aqequate video footage of the service levels of the employees there i have submitted my story along with my pictures to the Times of India group to get it published on an urgent basis since my brother works there.

Request you to take action on an urgent basis and get back to me as soon as possible or else i shall take furthe raction from my side.
