100bestbuy - I am not satisfied with your product and service

dear sir,
i had ordered two product from 100bestbuy ref no-27491917 and ref no.27493081 on 13 nov 2013 price=2167(product) + 200(courier charge)
they send the product ref no-27491917 in 10-14 days,
the quality of the product is worst and i got different color shirt. so i had returned the product
and ref no.27493081 i didn't got. i nither got the product nor the money.

few days before i got my credit points 2167 but i can't use 100% of the credit points. i can use 15-25% of credit points only.
i called the customer care and they said that after 24 hour i can use my 100% credit point but still now i can't use my 100% credit points.
100bestbuy is a real fraud site, why they not giving my money back if i am not satisfied with their product.

in all other site they are refunding money to bank account but this 100bestbuy is giving credit point and in that also we cant use 100%.

now when i call they don't received the call and don't even reply to my mail.
100bestbuy had mentally harassed me..

please help me to refund my total amount in my bank account.
For this kind i will always be thankful to you.
