Nokia mobiles - I am not satisfied with my lumia 720 services and response by Nokia care center

I had purchased nokia lumia 720 on 25 aug,2013 and did a extended warranty for an year.It operated nicely till 3-4 months then it started giving me issues.The recent issue is it gets switch off on its own when it is idle or some other reason for reasons and just displays the time at which it got switched off on the glance screen.Even sometimes on doing it for hard reset it does not switch on after 20-25 minutes.Till now i had purchased only nokia mobiles from last 10 years but this problem of switch off is causing serious trouble.Even after giving to care centre for 3 times and that too for weeks it has not been resolved and they do not pay heed to this.I missed some job calls opportunities because of this blunder and he response from team is that you do not operate it properly.Even sometimes after hard reset it goes switched off immediately in no time.Highly disappointed with the service and response.The other issues which i faced are touch pad problem, hazy images,network issues,hanging of screen,coming to the main screen when working on some apps.
Please help me to solve this issue.Its causing me serious trouble.
