Airtel Delhi - I am not satisfied with airtel fixed line services

My Airtel fixed line phone and broadband had been dead from last month 23 may. i have give 10-12 times complaint to customer care, but there is no and positive responce from airtel customer care. i am suffering from heavy loss.
My phone is still not working.
