Suzuki Service Centre - Horrible Service and Unethical behavior

I bought Suzuki Gixxer motorbike in Oct 2014. After sometime the mileage suddenly dropped down to 30Kmpl from 55Kmpl. I took my bike to "Nine Star Suzuki Service station in Bannerghatta Road Bangalore" 4 times for the same issue. After checking and charging me for 4 times the problem still persisted and when I requested them not to charge me for the same issue again and again, they argued that i was cheating by getting the bike to service station again and again.
I was shocked by their response and unethical behavior and how they treated customers. Later decided to let go off this issue even though my problem was not resolved.
Again on 8th of Oct 2016, I gave my bike for general service. When i went for pick-up they charged me Rs740 for a free service and found that they had not changed the Oil. The Oil was Black in color (used) instead of golden color (unused). When I raised this issue and asked them to drain the oil and check thoroughly and use new Oil. They refused and threatened me to charge the cost of 2 Oil which is very unprofessional. (I believe they have top-up new Oil without draining the old oil just to save some oil and money)
Even after some heated argument they did not agree to change the Oil. They became very unprofessional and unethical and rude and called me an "UNEDUCATED" person. Is this how you treat your customers? Is this the service you promise the customer?
When you do not change the oil which is THE MOST important thing in the service, what more can I expect from your so called "AUTHORIZED Service Center"?

My advice to other customers is that, bike will be in good condition only if it is serviced well. With such things happening in Suzuki service center, i suggest you to avoid Suzuki Vehicles or get serviced from other private service instead of so called "AUTHORIZED Service Center"

Other issues that I have observed in this service center are:
1. Staff/Mechanics always fighting with each other.
2. Wash not done properly
3. Items missing, kept in the vehicle (can be disregarded, it is customers mistake)
4. Rude to Customers

1. Will be posting the same feedback in social media as well.
2. I do not want a solution to my problem. I will get it resolved myself. I just want to let other customers know about the cheating and unethical nature of Suzuki service centers.
