On 20-Jan the HDFC cheque no 067992, got cleared from my account towards payment of 499 for the above.

They initially said they have sent the coupons

on 16-April: They said We would like to inform you that previous mail was wrongly sent to you. We are working on your complaint for Hindi coupons not received. It will e resolved shortly.

On 28-April: We would like to inform you that as per our record your subscription coupons have already been sent to you at your respective address on 01-02-2017. Please find the attached POD of the same.

as a result i have been paying cash for taking news paper from feb.

I have also taken a HT-English subscription which i am not availing and i want to refund, which they are not agreeing. that amount is for 899.
