I tried to top-up my sun direct account through the website www.rechargeitnow.com on 12/03/2010 of Rs.200 and again on 15/03/2010. Both the money was debited from my bank account but topup was not done. I tried to contact the website coustomer care persons but there was no contact number given on the site they only have a complaint form on which i tried to contact them but all in vain. After a day again i sent an email but in return they send a conformation email of receiving request. No visible action is being done from rechargeitnow or sundirect.

I am in a complete mess. Matter is not about money but they are cheating people and we are helpless.

Once again i would like to alert all online users not to use this website.they are a bunch of crooks.

same problem I have faced also.........this is true that this is a fraud site and case should be filed against the site operators under cyber law.......if any lawyer reading this comments may please advice us the formalities of filing cyber case against this site and future money loosers could be saved......

i was trying my No. a top Up recharge by using net Banking the amount has been debited from my account But My Mobile hasn't been recharged .......So if there is some to see of these customer's complaince so please take care of the customer's.........Please .............
otherwise we will be compelled to take a strict action against you

I have been using rechargeitnow for many months now. Once my friend faced a similar problem. But his mail was duly responded and talk time was duly credited after 3/4 days. Untill now I have not faced a single problem. If internet speed is slow, then, yes, ccavenue page fails to open.

no.this is good.i recharged my phone almost abt 25 times.and 3 times my recharge got failed and money is deducted frm account and then i filled the complaint form.within 3 days i got my money back.its a good site.no fraud.if there is technical fault in network,they will automatically give ur money back.it happened with me.they reply ur complaint within 1 day through mail.
