Dear Sir,

I done partner ship agreement with a partner of development of land but the partner after investing 8lakh from me , now he is not refunding profit money, i have agreement papers in which he had shown 2.5 acre land of his property and agreement is for development , but actually he has only 20% land.

As per agreement he didnot showing records . after profit he purchasing other valuable things . investing in land . taking again profit , but not refunding t ome ..

I gave cheque payment & some cash also.



pl help me for this fraud ,
