we have purchased one Hotstar Steelium 6L storage water geyser thru Flipkart on line purchase, against invoice no F07Q0DL16-4, Dated 10.08.15, for billing address, J -15, senior citizen home complex, near AWHO, Gautam budh nagar, 201310.

since last month the same is not working, we complaint to Flipkart and on given contact nos Hotstar is not responding against warranty replacement.
product cost is 3849.00 and under 0ne year Warranty.
