Ebay India - Ebay.in not responsiding to me for seller not delivering product in timelines.

Hi,
I have purchased the product from ebay india on 3rd Jan and product was supposed to be delivered by 25th Jan. Since the product was not received with delivering timelines i have purchased on more product after that. I have raised ebay claim request to refund my money but they cancelled by claim since the product was delivered on 30th jan. Now, i no longer require this product since i have purchased another product. I have already sent few mails to ebay but there are not responding at all. I have called up ebay but they are not taking any responsibility of sending the product back to the seller. Moreover the seller is also not responding to my mails.

Note: I have not opened the product till now. I was my money back since i can't wait for life long for the seller to deliver me the product.
