This is reference to the discrepancy noticed in regard to a debit which was made to my savings account held with PNB without my permission/authority/act of Rs.4050/-(Twice) on dated 30.09.2014. When this discrepancy was noticed i have immediately conveyed to customer care persons from PNB bank, further to the same a complaint number was generated on 21.11.2014 (complaint no 1 A004874768 and complaint no 2 A004874817).
Further to the above complaint a reversal of Rs.4050/- was made effective to my account by crediting the same in my savings account. But balance of Rs 4050/- has not been reversed till now. As informed that these both transaction were made online wrongly to my account, Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
Similar thing happened to me with my account.
two transactions were done without my knowledge.They were done by swipping in a machine and the card was with me only.
so, its not possible.
Its been more than a month and no body has cared to look into the matter.
Its around 17k, I have filed FIR also.
