ACE TECHNOMARK - Delay in instalation and demonstration by technical representative of whirlpool

I purchased one whirlpool refrigerator through ACE TECHNOMARK as mentioned abovevide the temporary receipt S.No. 2963 on 29 June 2012. The refrigerator was delivered on my address on the same day vide invoice number 944 dated 29 June 2012. At the time of purchase I was told by Salaman Akhtar the representative of the dealer that the MRP of the product was Rs. 37400/=, their selling price was Rs. 35990/= and that they were giving me the product at Rs. 34500/=. They also said that they would give me Rs. 2000/= for my old refrigerator and finally charge me Rs. 32500/=. I told Mr. Salaman Akhtar that that refrigerator in another place was offered to me at Rs. 32000/= without buy back and there was something wrong with his pricing. He gave me a big explanation that the features in the machine offered by him and the machine offered by the other dealer would be different and aftewr some sweet talk he convinced me to buy the product from him. When I made the payment by HDFC credit card he made another charge of Rs 488/= at the rate of1.5% of the total amount made being extra charges for payment by credit card. I trusted the person and closed the deal. Subsequently when the machine was delivered to me it was the same machine that was offered to me at Rs 32000/= and had an MRP printed on it as Rs. 36000/= as against Rs. 37400/= told to me by Mr. Salaman Akhtar. I also checked from HDFC bank whether 1.5% should have been charged from me and they expressed their surprise as no dealer does this and such amount is built in the profit margin.

The machine was delivered to me on 29 June and till todate no one has come to give demonstration or install the machine. When I checked at whirlpool number 1********58 giving the details of my earlier complaint SR number GB 0********1 one Mr. Alok told me that my complaint had been closed with a remark that machine not delivered. Mr. Alok took new complaint and gaveme fresh complaint SR Number GB0********7 WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY REASONS AS TO ON WHOSE BEHEST AND WHY MY EARLIER COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED.

I know that in our country such complaints have no meaning as poor customer is always a sucker but I stiil place this on record for any ones information and immagination as to how the dealers and some coys like Whirlpool can take us the consumer for a ride and swidle us of our hard earned money.
