ICICI Bank Limited - deduct surcharge mcc4112 with out informed

I found that icici bank deducted rs 30.65 , 53.18 and 53.18 on dated 22/08/2013 , 22/08/2013 and 26/08/2013 from my account no. 00********77 operated at Vallabh Vidyanagar (Anand) Gujarat as a name of "Surchargedt19.08.2013mcc4112 , Surchargedt19.08.2013mcc4112 and Surchargedt20.08.2013mcc4112".
Let me know it is valid deduction or not? Waiting for your replay

It is very serious matter that icici bank has also deducted from my account too. If the amounts are not reversed I am going to close relationship with the bank

Same charges is being imposed illegally by icici bank, the amount has been deducted many times, everyone should close saving from Icici bank, which is looting customers

After browsing internet i got to know there are deducted for paying irctc let me know why this has not been deducted during the payment and why the deduction is made 3 days after actual payment without any prior notice?

ICICI Bank has deducted as MCC4112 such without any information or clarification. Date and deducted amt are as below.
Date. Amt

12/11/22. 64.95
13/11/22. 52.48.
15/11/22. 2.57.
After enquiry I could from other source that that the additional amount for booking tickets from irctc , matter was also enquired with irctc they clarify that they do not charge any such amt.
Please convey the message . Advice them to refund the amount.
