Dear Sir,
I bought Ray-Ban RB4113 Female sunglasses for my wife on 13/07/2012 online from deal92.com, it was mentioned in their website that it is original, but it is fake. Secondly they have send me the different color frame, I received is brown frame where as I order the black frame. Any way I am no way interested in using a fake product it is worth only Rs.100/- sold on streets therefore it is requested to company to take the product back by arranging - take back shipping from their end and return the money to my credit card bank.
Please advice what legal action can be taken for fraud of selling fake products.
