I am 59 year old housewife and as per my knowledge, the railway minister announced the budget in which it was clearly mentioned that the senior citizen concessions would be allowed from the age of 58. But when i approached the ticket counter,the person dint had adequate knowledge and i dint got the relaxation on the ticket. Later i booked a ticket for Ahmedabad to Vapi from the website of Indian Railways there to was the same result.
I have booked two tickets viz:Vapi to Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad to Vapi. Here i am giving you the complete details for both the tickets.

1)Ahmedabad to Vapi for 7th may
PNR no.854-1626590
The train is Shatabdi Express.

2)Vapi to Ahmedabad for 4th may
PNR no.815-4518430
The train is Karnavati Express
i urge you to take a proper decision and i am waiting for your reply.
