Hello Maruti Suzaki Team,

I am writing this mail after getting a deep shock today. How?

I have purchased new Vehicle Maruti Suzuki VXI Auto Transmission form a Reputed Maruti Suzuki Dealer â€œRohan Motors Limited Ghaziabad (Mukund Nagar G.T Road)" on March 06, 2014.

Today on October 25, 2014 I have come to Authorized Maruti Suzuki service station KAP Automobiles to repair small scratch on rear bumper for which the KAP respective mechanic dismounted the bumper for the 1st time after which I was just shocked my vehicle was very badly damaged for the back however there was no sign of for such a bad damage on bumper it was perfectly fine.

I have notified this to KAP Automobile supervisor and also registered the telephonic complaint Maruti Suzuki complaint cell.

I have attached the respective photo evidence proof of this same. I hope you teat this mail on high priority to take immediate action on this. Looking forward to hear back from you soon.
