Sai Point Honda - Complaint for not issuing the service book for Honda Trigger bike MH04 GL 0252

I have purchased Honda Trigger on 22nd April 2014 and took the delivery of the vehicle on 27th April 2014. When i asked for the service manual book of the vehicle on the delivery date, they informed me that the stock of the book has exhausted and we will call you as soon as we get the service manual. I have waited till 27th May 2014 but i couldnt get any call from the dealer.When i personally went and enquired about it they informed me that the manual has not yet come, we will call you when we recieve the manual.Even after one month the uncertainity prevailed.I dont know when i should send the vehicle for first free service.
Please look into the matter to issue the said manual at the earliest so that i can send the vehicle for servicing without any delay.
