On scrutinising my monthly statement of 10th April 2007, I was surprised to see that payment has been debited for Rs. 4000/- in favour of Indian Airlines on 02/04/07. As such the ticket was not purchased by me. Imidiately I made a telephonic complaint followed by written complaint. After that I made the full payment excluding Rs. 4000/- which I didnot spent. Then I was told that you neednot pay the same amount as it is under investigation. But every month I received the statement and every month SBI charged me the interest on the above amount and it increses every month. In June 2008 I received the statement in which SBI way off Rs. 4000/- which they charged me by fault but did not way off the interest on that amount which they charged by mistake. After that I contact on telephone and also on mail repeatedly with SBI Credit Card dept. but they didn't reply till Today. I am mentally harshed by SBI Credit Card Dept. because they blacklisted me being defaulter of their Cr. Card. So that I could not be able to apply for any other Cr. Card.
