I have submitted papers in the company's indore office towards accidental injury of my wife vide accidental claim no. 0061806, dated 28th October, 2010. The same is pending till date, inspite of their official's recommendation for the release of claim amount (attached). I have provided all the required documents like claim form, doctor's duly verified receipts, X-Rays etc on time.

I would like to submit that when every query is cleared to the best of company official's satisfaction & inspite of his endorsement for clearing the payment, why my payment is pending till date ? I therefore request you to instruct your good offices, to organize release of the payment of said claim, at the earliest.

A QUESTION ALWAYS POPs UP IN MY MIND - WHY NO TERMS & CONDITIONS FROM LIC & GIC WHILE CHARGING INSURANCE PREMIUM FROM THE CLIENT ? WHY NO AWARENESS SESSIONS FOR GENERAL PUBLIC ?

Dear Mr. Jagannathan/Kishore/Senthilkumaran,

Please refer to the said claim which is pending since long. Query raised regarding dental X-ray films and some other formalities like self declaration about the accident have already been complied with by the insured. I have physically verified the 3 dental x-ray films submitted by the insured sometime during February, 2011 and the same were forwarded vide my mail dt. 22/02/2011 alongwith English translation of the Hindi version of self declaration. This mail was followed by 2 other reminders, but still this claim is pending and some more queries regadrding additional documents and some post treatment dental x-ray film is being asked from the insured.

The insured personally called on me yesterday with utmost dissatisfaction and was very much furious about the treatment given to him in settlement of his claim for accidental dental surgery of his daughter. It was very difficult for me to handle him and appease to his satisfaction about the genuineness of the query raised in the claim, upon which, he expressed his inability to provide the same at this point of time and requested for settlement of the claim on the basis whatever evidences and documents produced by him in support of his claim.

In the light of insured's fulfilment of maximum possible information and supportive claim documents, and also that the case is quite old, I would personally request you to please look into the matter and settle the claim as a special case waiving the additional query in this claim as otherwise the claim seems to be quite genuine and the credentials of the insured who met me in my office yesterday also appear to be sound and undoubted.

Based on my specific recommendations, please settle the ill fated claim as a special case as the earliest.

What is the use of sending email communication to the company, who is not responding ?

Seems, their is no say of icommunication portal on the defaulters !
