I am Damodar from Hyderabad. With regard to a paper advertisement published in local news paper in September, 2009 about investment in Kirana business on a monthly interest of 15% on investment, i had invested an amount of Rs.30,000/- in October, 2009 with one by name Kesari. The terms and conditions of the investment are that i would get 15% monthly interest on my investment and with one month\'s notice, my Principal will be returned. A promissory note was also issued to me stating that i would be getting 15% monthly interest. He gave only one month\'s interest of Rs.4,500/- in the month of November, 2009 and since December, 2009, he did not pay me any interest and escaping on one pretext or other. I have made innumerable calls to him requesting to cancel the agreement and return my Principal amount as per the agreed terms. But he is not heeding to my request and kept on pending saying that he will give it soo. Vexed with his behaviour, i am lodging this complaint to initiate necessary action against him to return my Principal amount along with interest from November, 2009 to till date.
