Cancellation of Policy no – 51899328 and refund of RS 50000/-Reliance fixed saving policy sum assured Rs 5.00 lacs

Sir,

Above policy purchased from Reliance Life Insurance issued on 12.11.14, got me on 27.12.14 because of my out of town commitments, gone thru details of policy and found the maturity value mentioned Rs 580045.45 that is not matched as told telephonic at the time of purchase, that the maturity will be Rs 8.50 lacs.

Some fraud group of people working for Reliance Life insurance with malafide intention.

They also committed to get process loan from Aditya Birla Finance Rs 5.00 lacs @ 4.90% pa reducible against said policy for 10 yrs. Now they people do not pick the phone. if pick they change their name as rohan etc. Their numbers are -

Above policy recd at my address on 02.12.2014. I am not satisfied with the terms of policy.

So i request you to cancel the above policy and refund the paid amount.

and on 02.01.15, no reply recd, finally submitted by hand request for cancellation at Reliance office sector 12A gurgaon on 06.1.15.

RECD REPLY ON 13.01.2015 FORM RELIANCE THEY WILL NOT CANCEL THE POLICY.

I had purchased this product from Reliance, their terms not suits to me and intimated within 30 days from the date of delivery at my address. Also mention on policy document 3rd page-“In the event, you are in disagreement with the terms, features and conditions stipulated in the policy document kit, you may wish to opt out of this plan, by stating the reasons of your disagreement in writing and return the policy kit to the company within 15 days (30 days if policy is purchased through Distance Marketing channel) of its receipt, for cancellation.”

I don't want to carry on, why compulsion to carry on.

Sir, pl look into the matter and instruct to Reliance Life for Refund of my hard earned money.

i shall be very thankful and obliged.
