I have made all the formalities regarding the correction in the name of nominee(from YUVRAJ SINGH to YUVRAJ PRASAD) on 10th June 2009 at Branch-Model Town,Delhi-9. It is a matter of sorrow that I have not got any document regarding the same till today.Also I have visited the branch above named many times but there is no benefit. Therefore the necessary action be taken at the earliest.
