Hi,

1 month ago I bought a Intex keyboard from ebay.in (seller eDuniya), but when I received the keyboard I found that it was defective and
informed the seller eduniya.As discussed they told me to submit the keyboard at intex service center (Laxmi Chamber, Laxminagar,Delhi, Ph -011- 28822161) and I submitted the keyboard. But when I went the center after 10 days of submission they tried to give me used keyboard and told me that they can't repair the submitted keyboard now and can't give a new keyboard. I refused to take the used keyboard and take back the submitted keyboard and called the Seller(eDuniya) regarding this but they also refused to take any responsibility. So i need help what should i do now.
