my bill no. 0011048 st 4718 ch 211082 tr: 36918 dt 8/7/11 ..at oshiwara Andheri w....I am a loyal and old customer of Big bazar but today i m very much humiliated by big bazar cash counter and home delivery counter. I have been told that the polybag is banned by the govt, after hering this i was happy and cooprated wth the cashier that its a good step towards going green.and accepted the idea of not using the bag .secondly i always receive home delivery facility, however the home delivery counter was very rude and asked me to bring my own bag, that we were very shocked to knw that...then he offered us to buy the poly bags for rs 2/- each , and he was behaving as if we did a crime and savig the rs 2/- i enquired about the delivery bag that normaly he use made of fabric ... he sercastically answerd that poly bag banned by the govt and delvery bag fabric one os banned by big bazar..and he questioned me as to y dont i buy the rs 2/- polybag, this was an irony that i experienced...

i want to ask as to when the polybag is banned then y are the selling it...We see it as bigbazar is using the law to charge for the bag.

2nd y they have also banned fabric bag which were being used fot delivery . and the delivery counter is freely suggesting customer to buy the polybag from the counter..

i have decided not to visit big bazar for shopping ever in future unless i receive opplogy from bigbazar...

Regards Abdul
