Paid Full payment (Rs 15,690) on 15th August 2011 towards Akai 32 Inch LCD TV.

At the time of booking it was informed n promised that product(TV) will be delivered within 10 to 12 days to the max.

Today(7th Sept) 22nd day from booking, still waiting for the TV.

Every time i call to customer support, they will collect the information and revert saying that there support/Delivery team will call back in 30 mins, and no response from them.

Point to note:

1.If they dont have stock with them, then how come they are collecting full money from customers and promising product to be delivered in 10-12 days.

2.what is the value for customers money and time.

Need the attention of higher management from big bazar to look into this seriously and deliver the product ASAP if not then refund the amount with penalty. or else i will go ahead with legal notice and proceeding to consumer court.
