TATA MOTORS - AMC refund for Tata nexon

I, Savita Ganiga owner of vehicle TS07FX 2923 Tata Nexon purchased from Concord motors Chandanagar Hyderabad in december 2017, I had taken AMC on my car on the day of purchase but after 6 months I was told that the AMC was not reflecting on my car. I spoke to Mr Rakesh phone no ********11 From concord motors who is following up on my case and he advised me that refund would be the best option here.following the advice I gave him all the respective documents required for the refund and its been 4 months and there has been no refund yet. I have also spoken to the customer car toll free no 1********79 they gave me a complaint no ********452 on which I just get a call back but no resolution. The call centre guys untrained with no knowledge whatsoever.
Unfortunately despite several trips to concord motors Mr rakesh and calls to customer care and many false assurances that they are looking into the same, nothing has changed and customer care are still up to the same old tricks.
I trust this is not the way TATA motors wishes to conduct business with customers and I look forward to hearing from you and getting my Refund ASAP. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
