I had booked flat in Aliens Space station 1 project and had opted for ROI scheme in 2011. Overall I had paid 50% of my flat amount including my bank loan. They had mentioned to complete the flat Station 7 by NOV 2013 but till now even slabs have not been formed for station 7. They are too slow and more importantly in January 2013 they stopped paying pre EMI amount.We had legal document for ROI to be paid till the day of handover but they are denying to pay the amount.

I end up in paying 43 k EMI every month without having my flat and I am scared that in coming two years also they wont construct my flat. Issue is that for enquiring about cancellation, they are telling to collect the refunded amount after an year and even they will deduct 20% of the amount.

As per new Govt rule, the developers must refund all amount, in case of not handing over the flat within stipulated period of time.Let me know how to file consumer/legal complaint for getting my entire amount refunded.
