My samsung GT B-7722 ,imei no.352550041469279 and serial no. RU5Z912391M have got the problem of restarting and it get hang while using and does not work properly.
i had go to samsung care 3 times but they are not been able to solve the problem. All the 3 times they have reinstall the software but the problem remain same and come again after repairing.i request u to please help me .
Complainant's Goal: to replace my handsets or to refund my money.
