my son in law devendra garg got a reserved sleeper ticket on train no14311
pnr no.2558866789 on 29.12.11. at 6.05 am i with him approached tc office concerned to upgrade my ticket to 3A.C but the person sitting there did not obliged me,instead alotted 5 berths in ac3 to a person came after me.i repeatedly asked him to check charts of B1 & B2 coaches to allot me a beth if vacant but he refused to do so.i then made a written complaint no.20 dt.29.12.11 at 6.25 am at station incharge office of Bareilly Jn.
I want to know that,
1.weather there was any berth available at bareilly from bareilly to delhi or not in both B1,B2 coaches.
2.why TC at bareilly Jn.alloted 5 berths to a person who came next to me.
3.what action you have taken.
