I had placed an order with this website for some party supplies after reading the testimonials on the site.
I made a netbanking transaction after which I did not receive an order confirmation for an entire day on the registered mobile or the email address.
Somehow I got in touch with the support on the online-chat that the website offers. They confirmed the order and sent out the mail for it.

Thinking that the order will be received soon we waited till finally the party date came close and that's when I started enquiring again regarding the order status.

The support number listed on their website does not work as either it is switched off or keeps ringing without someone answering the phone.

When we tried contacting the support using the online chat system we received no reply whenever we would ask the order status. We just wanted to know if we are even getting the party supplies before the party, else wanted to cancel the order. But there was no reply.

I am sure this site is a complete fraud. Please do not make online purchases with this site. Also even if you are tempted to then make sure it is only through COD.

This was one of my most annoying experience with online shopping portals.
