I have purchase dell vostro model .my laptop face speaker problem from begining.I do compliant to dell as on 07-06-2013 compliant no ********5.But till now no initative took by company to replace my faulty speaker.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience faced due to misses from Dell. It is unfortunate that you have experienced multiple issues with your Dell PC. I understand a part of your problem is the denial of speaker replacement by Dell due to VLC usage. I need you to because VLC when used at high levels i.e. above 100% damages the speakers since the speakers shipped with laptops are only 2W capacity and are not able to take the load.. However looking at the multiple issues you have been facing with the laptop and inconvenience it must have caused as a part of our Grievance Redressal .As per your records I found that you already got the speaker replaced. I would request you to refrain from using VLC on your system.
