Big Bazaar - Wrongly Billed to credit card 2104.6, without buying anything!

on 5th of March 2011 I visited the newly inaugurated Liluah, Howrah Big Bazaar for shopping with family. After selecting few cloths and other goods, when i tried to get the billing done and tried to pay the billed amount (INR 2104.6) using my citibank credit card, the transaction couldn't be completed due problem in their link & card swapping terminal. The guy in the billing counter tried in vain to swap it a couple of times and then returned the card to me. As i was not carrying enough cash, I returned all the goods and came out of the store. Surprisingly, in my recent credit card statement, they have billed me 2104.6/- against a claim from Big Bazaar.... When I spoke to the Citi Bank customer care they asked me to log a complain against the merchant for unethical claim. I tried to call the Big Bazaar customer care @ 18002002255, but there was no response. Kindly look into this and arrange for reversal of the wrong billing at earliest.
