WRONG ENTERING OF SURNAME AS LAIDHRAKPAM instead of LAIPHRAKPAM for student erolment no.0********, PROGRAMME - BHM, INSTITUTE CODE: 5012 (IHM, GUWAHATI)
COMPLAINT MADE SEVERAL TIMES TO IGNOU THROUGH PROGRAMME COORDINATOR (BHM).
THE WRONG ENTERING OF NAME IN THE REGISTER LETTER NO.16120972 WHICH SEND CERTIFICATES HAVE BEEN RETURNED BY POST OFFICE AS NO SURNAME/FAMILYNAME OF LAIDHRAKPAM IS IN MANIPUR.
COMPLANITS SENT TO IGNOU IN THE e-mail ADDRESS PROVIDED IN IGNOU WEBSITE BUT COULD NOT DELIVER.
AS IN FAR NORTH EAST CORNER OF CAPITAL, CANNOT GO TO DELHI FOR COLLECTION OF CERTIFIATE AND CAREER AFFECTED.
Complainant's Goal: I want correction of my surname and get my certificate speedily

I applied for transcript (MCA) for directly send Concordia university Edmonton Canada.i submit my application with proper docs and draft by hand dated 18-4-2013..........but not receipt any response. I daily made call but not any satisfied answer......hope u help me
