i had ordered a snacks combo on hungrynagpur.com on 15th sep 2012. In the site they displayed snacks combo poster which contained 1 piece masala dosa, 1 wada, 1 idali, i upma and 1 seera plus sambar and chatani. but when i got the delivery their was no dosa in it and instead of seera their was 1 peice gulabjamun. They also charged me extra for packing. on thier site it was not mentioned that i have to pay extra for packing. When i contacted hungrynagpur.com they told me that sneaks combo does not include dosa and the poster is pasted wrongly. they also refused to correct the mistake they commited.
Today i got a email from hungrynagpur.com which is as follow

change the image on the website very soon.

I have received a reply from hungrynagpur.com. I am not satisfied with their reply.I totaly agree that "The images of the products on the website are not the actual images of the products. The actual product delivered may differ from the displayed image.".
My point is that size and look may be different but you cant substract a product from a lot.
for eg. If you show a image of big mango then you can supply small mango but here in this case you have not supplied dosa at all.
Since you had placed ur order online,we expect that you must have read our terms & conditions where it is clearly mentioned that the displayed image has nothing to do with the actual product.Moreover when u click the image u find a description where the contents of ur product i.e. snacks combo are clearly mentioned there. Secondly,extra charges for packing are purely by restaurant.Hungry Nagpur is no where responsible for any kind of charges other than the delivery charges. Above all it is clearly mentioned on the top of the check out page "container charges as applicable"..

Atlast you have accepted your mistake but changeing the image on the website would help the future customer. What about the loss and tourcher suffered by me. You had spoiled my day and i had to remain half hungry after spending 250 Rs. on hungrynagpur.com. I want to know whats the meaning/purpose of hungrynagpur.com? Is it to serve hungry people or to make people hungry by paying you? I am totaly dissatisfied by the servises offered by you as well the the response you gave to me after your mistake.Why should i pay for the mistake of hungry nagpur? Can you tell me on this??
