Hi my name is Ankit Sood I own Vodafone number - ********00 please find the details of complain below
My Vodafone bill includes ISD charges of Rs. 5468.60 plus service tax for calling an ISD number which is - ********15 I don't know whose number I never made any call on this number and in my itemized bill
Is showing outgoing of 739 minutes on it I raised this issue to Vodafone team several time every time they came back with the same answer that these are my actual call charges
I have written 3 mails and personally visited Vodafone gallery 2 times for which I have to take half day leave still results are same below are the Serial Numbers of complains

My stand is why I will pay for ISD charges when I haven’t made any call below are the point which supports it.
1. In my bill there is ISD and Local on same date and time below are details
ISD Call
Number - ********15
Date - 28/08/12
Time - 11:33 am to 13:34 pm (121 minutes)
Local Call
Number - ********46
Date - 28/08/012
Time - 12:36 pm to 12:46 pm (10 minutes)
2. I can also produce the Itemized copy of my last 2 year bills where I never received or made any call to this number
I want Vodafone to compensate for all losses which I incurred
1. Vodafone stopped my out going on 28th since I am into sales I have lost my major orders because of poor communication.
2. Because of which I have shortfall in my quarterly targets will lose incentives
3. My appraisal got adversely affected
4. I have suffered from heavy mantel strain
Note - I am handling HP server sales and distribution and Aug-Sep-Oct is year end for HP where maximum closer is done
Please revert if i need to produce any supporting document
