Sir,
I got an sms dat "Get 1GB 3G internet for 15days on recharge of Rs.123". I went near d retailer and told him to recharge on my number(********03)...but he accidently recharged for Rs.128....!!!I got 1GB data which can only be used on IDEA SMARTPHONES....!!! I need my money....help shift it to Rs.123 data plan or provide me atleast as talktime.....!!!

Complainant's Goal: Refund as talktime or shifting it to 123 data plan.
