I RAJINDER PARSHAD I HAVE BOOK AN ORDER THROUGH ONLINE FOR THE SANDAL OF WOODLAND HAVING MODEL NO. Mens (GD 1043111) VIDE order ID NO.26138 DATED 07.03.2013 AT 4.24 PM I HAVE MADE THE THROUGH ICICI BANK DEBIT CARD THE PRODUCT IS REACHED AT ME ON 15.03.2013.
ON 2ND OF APRIL I SAW THE SOLE OF MY SANDAL HAS BEEN DAMAGE TILL 2ND APRIL I WEAR THIS ONLY 4-5 TIMES IN FIFTEEN DAYS THE SOLE IS DAMAGE DURING THE SANDAL IS IN THE ALMIRHA. I SURE THAT THERE IS MANUFACTURING PROBLEM FOR THIS I CALL TO THE WOODLAND CUSTOMER CARE THE EXECUTIVE TOLD TO ME THAT WOODLAND GAVE THREE MONTH GUARANTEE I ASKED THEM FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME AND ALSO TOLD TO THEM FOR THE COURIER CHARGES WHICH I HAVE PAID TO THE COURIER COMPANY I HAVE PAID INR 380.00 TO THE COURIER COMPANY AS COURIER CHARGES VIDE DOCKET NO.MI0218526 AFTER DELIVERY AT THEIR OFFICE I CALL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE ON 19.04.2013 EVENING AT THAT TIME THE EXECUTIVE TOLD TO ME THAT THERE IS WEAR & TEAR PROBLEM IN THE PRODUCT AND WE CAN NOT REPLACE IT THEN I TOLD TO HER GIVE THE TECHNICIAN REPORT IF THERE IS WEAR & TEAR PROBLEM BUT SHE REFUSE TO GIVE ME ANY REPORT AND ALSO REFUSE TO REPLACE MY PRODUCT SHE ALSO REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE COURIER CHARGES.
