I have booked ticketfrom gulbarga to aluva on 17th Feb to travel on 11/5/2012. even before 3 months how can the railway give a waiting ticket to me? what are the rules and regulation that railway follows? what lobby?. how can i go about? for whom are the railway keeps the ticket?
