we have booked a flat with sabarifoundation during Nov 2010 with a commitment that this will be delivered during Dec 2012. But there is no idea of when the flats will get delivered to us.
No response to our emails or phone calls. since 2013 March there is no improvement in the construction. even Phast I is not delivered.
Understand that they are starting a new project in chennai at different place.
we need the flat to be delivered to us without further delay and their new construction should be stopped till this project is completed.
