I have bought a VOLTAS 1ton Window ac in Electronic Paradise Janapuri (Delhi) date 4/6/2013, I days I Face a problem with that AC Create a very Loud Noise and some Low cooling problem I have also Log the complaint regarding that in VOLTAS company and also consulted VOLTAS service engineer, and Delhi service Incharge Mr. vijay but AC Noise problem not resolved in till date, I am very hope less I have already 7 time Log a complaint in last 20 days. i need a Replacement.

Tech advice us your installation is ok but AC body unit is defective Tech use Hammer in ac body , my question is VOLTAS Delhi In charge told me installation not proper this reason ac create a Noise and Your Tech asked installation is ok, my query is your incharge is right or your tech is right.
i think this is the 9th or 10th time i am calling you guys for the problem as you are aware last time i got very bad impression from your customer care department I need only Replacement.

service in charge give the wrong feedback in company.
i have already contact senior Depp. in voltas company but no body contact me in till date.
please replace my product.
please Help
